Gabriel Aubry Files For Physical And Legal Custody Of Nahla
I’m confused here. I was under the impression that Gabriel Aubry and Halle Berry have stayed on good terms for the sake of their daughter, Nahla. There doesn’t seem to be much animosity between the two of them. I know they’ve had a few custody disputes, but honestly, they sounded more like scheduling conflicts over who Nahla would stay with while Halle worked and I never thought that would amount to anything too serious.
But this doesn’t sound good. Things could get ugly between them. Gabriel filed a petition to be legally recognized as Nahla’s father.
A source says,
Gabriel , who split with the 44-year-old star in April 2010, is also seeking to establish physical and legal custody of the child, whose surname is already registered as Aubry.Yikes. I hope that Gabriel and Halle can keep it civil for Nahla’s sake. They are both her parents and they both deserve to spend time with their daughter.
