And Hilary Duff was photographed out shopping at Ron Herman Boutique. She’s definitely a bit more on the casual side than Paris, but she still looks great in her leggings. And she had nothing but smiles for the paparazzi. Wonder if this was a paid opportunity for her to go shopping and get Ron Herman some publicity.
